บริษัท ธีรชัยไพศาล เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง จำกัด ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2513 แรกเริ่มเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายสินค้าแบบซื้อมาขายไป ภายหลังได้สั่งซื้อสินค้านำเข้าจากต่างประเทศ โดยเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายสินค้าแต่เพียงผู้เดียว และเริ่มพัฒนาธุรกิจโดยสรรหาสินค้าประเภทอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าอุตสาหกรรมทั้งแรงต่ำและแรงสูงเข้ามาจัดจำหน่าย เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า รวมทั้งพัฒนาคุณภาพสินค้าให้ตรงตามมาตรฐานการยอมรับ
